Agency Client Report Builder

Pick the sections of a monthly ecommerce client report, enter your own figures or start from sample data, apply your agency's branding, and download a white-label PDF

What is a client report template?

A client report template is the fixed structure an agency reuses for every client's periodic report - typically an executive summary, a P&L, a marketing overview with per-channel ROAS, fulfillment costs, and a period comparison. A good template keeps every client's report consistent and lets the data, not the formatting, take the time.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I put my client's real numbers in the report?

Yes. Switch the figures step to "My own figures" and enter the period's totals - gross revenue, refunds, COGS, ad spend, fees, fulfillment, OPEX, and orders - plus per-platform and per-channel rows and the previous period's actuals. Net revenue, gross profit, contribution margin, net profit, margin, blended ROAS, AOV, CAC, per-platform ROAS, and every period-over-period change are calculated from what you enter. If you leave the mode on sample figures, the PDF uses fixed illustrative data and labels itself as a sample.

What happens if I leave a line blank?

It prints as a dash, and so does every total that depends on it. A blank COGS line will not be treated as zero COGS, because that would overstate profit in a report you send to a client. If a cost genuinely is zero, enter 0 or use the "set blank lines to 0" shortcut.

Do you store the figures I enter?

No. The figures are sent to our server only to render the PDF for that one download and are not written to any database. The email address you enter to unlock the download is stored, as described in our privacy policy.

What happens to my email address?

We use it to unlock the PDF download in your browser and record which tool you used. If you tick the marketing checkbox, we may send occasional product updates and you can unsubscribe anytime. Service providers process data under our privacy policy.

Can I use my own logo and brand color?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo up to 300KB and pick any brand color. The PDF applies both. It is not a preview of a specific live export template.

Which sections can the report include?

Four: a P&L statement, a marketing overview with per-platform ROAS, a channel mix view, and a month-over-month comparison. Agency plan templates currently cover P&L, marketing overview and channel data, order summary, expense breakdown, and period comparisons.

What does the real version of this look like?

On the Agency plan, connected client stores use live data for P&L, marketing overview and channel data, order summary, expense breakdown, and period-comparison reports - no manual entry. Reports can be exported as white-label PDF or CSV, scheduled for email delivery, and viewed alongside portfolio ROAS, MER, and CAC. $499/mo includes 10 client stores, with a 14-day free trial.

Do I need a MerchantFlow account to use this builder?

No. The builder is free and works without an account. Entering an email unlocks the PDF download directly in your browser.
